We had a family reunion in Colorado Springs and there was plenty for everyone to do!  With 9 people staying at the house and others dropping by, we never felt crowded. The game room, pickleball courts and hot tub have everyone things to do!  Thanks for a great stay!

Very comfortable stay!  We were concerned about the upstairs being a separate Air bnb at first.  Perhaps, indicate that there is a key lock on both sides of the basement door.  I would also suggest closing the gap under the basement door to reduce some noise.  Otherwise, the space was open and welcoming.  The patio was a peaceful place to eat and read.  The kitchen was adequate for our stay.   The washer and dryer were a very pleasant surprise!  Beautiful setting!
