Step onto the expansive upper deck to take in stunning mountain views while grilling on the BBQ, gathering around the propane fire pit after dark, or relaxing with a drink. Downstairs, the private patio provides a tranquil retreat with comfortable seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening conversations. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or stargazing, these outdoor spaces are perfect for making memories. 💻 Work & Relaxation Designed with remote work in mind, Clear Estate features multiple dedicated workspaces throughout, allowing you to stay productive while enjoying a comfortable, home-like environment. 🍼 For the Little Ones Traveling with kids is easy with a pack-n-play and high chair available for use. 🚗 Parking The property offers two parking spaces on the driveway, providing convenient access throughout your stay. Clear Estate brings together two beautifully appointed units, creating a spacious and welcoming getaway that’s perfect for any group. Guest access 🔑 You'll have full access to the entire House, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help! Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you’ll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We loved the spacious deck, with it's beautiful views, and you could see the park! The check in processes was a bit clunky and I did not find the external app they used helpful or informative. A very responsive host and how well the house fit our needs is why I have 5 stars overall.

The views of the Rocky Mts and the close proximity to many different options made this a dream come true. With whatever issues we may have had, our host was extremely quick to respond and helpful. We would seriously consider a return and also recommend this home for a very comfortable, relaxing get away. Especially for families. Don’t be fooled by the residential location. The neighbours and the hood were very accessible to many activities and fine food. In fact, the walking areas and parks helped create an atmosphere very much like our own homes.
