The perfect house! Large enough for 11-13 of us to stay for a family reunion/60th bday celebration. I am local and I'm stoked to know about this gem in my own backyard for larger family gatherings. The neighbor next door was very kind to chat with us and express that he hoped we enjoyed our stay. We are definitely putting a star in this rental for future needs. Kaitlyn’s place made a great home away from home. Peaceful backyard with great view. Comfortable interior space with plenty of room to spread out. This was a wonderful location for our family of 8. We would definitely stay here again. Kaitlyn is also very responsive and helpful. Great hostess. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!! Location, size, jacuzzi were good for our big grp of 10+ folks. House is good for a night or 2, but a bad deal for 7 nights.<br/>Multiple electrical issues. 2 wall outlets and lamps didn't work - it was a fused bulb and power outlet issues in them. Living room bath exhaust fan made horrible noise. Upstairs AC didn't cool n lowest floor didn't heat up at all. We spent day 1 of vacation in troubleshooting. <br/>Backyard -huge but not maintained. Lot of prickly grass made it unusable for kids<br/>Pathetic amenities. For 7 nights n a big group, only 3 tabs of dishwashing liquid, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, 1 fabric kitchen towel, 1 washcloth n 2 loads worth laundry detergent were provided. Found hair n unclean utensils in kitchen drawers. No heads up were given about what to expect. Cleaners visited after 2 days when we had cleaned all.<br/>Unfixed -NONE of electrical n amenity issues were fixed during entire stay inspite of many reminders n evidences. All we heard is sorries from manager
