Downstairs, a second living room, a wet bar, and a covered patio give the group somewhere to split off when the night runs late. 🛋️ LIVING ROOM Vaulted ceilings and a wide front window keep the living room bright through the day, and a fireplace with a tile surround and a built-in TV niche above it gives everyone a place to gather once the sun drops.
