Our stay here was amazing.  The mountain view from the ample sized porch was beautiful. It was mid may but it snowed so we took advantage of the fire pit while we sat on porch for heat and ambience!  The location was so close to shops and restaurants and totally walkable for us!  And we always felt safe in the location and while walking. Loved the decor as well.  Kaitlyn was very proactive in communicating with us regarding check in and offering suggestions of things to do!  We would definitely go back!

This adorable place was everything we needed.  The only thing we wished was out more was the sunshine.  Just so we could have enjoyed the outdoor area.  We loved our stay, bed was comfortable with nice linen.  Kitchen and bathroom had absolutely everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

Great home if you have a large family.  It was nice to have 2 king beds for our taller family members.  Great location close to freeway and restaurants.  Would rent this home again if/when we come back to Monument.  Christie B - Little Rock, Arkansas

Perfect location, walk to town, river, restaurants and hiking. Beds were very comfortable. House comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for dishes and pans. Bring your own sugar, ground coffee and spices for cooking. Fun house, 3 levels. Third floor steps could be challenging for small children, okay for older kids. Great washer and dryer. Nice linens. Host was very responsive to small issue upon arrival. Parking good. Would definitely stay there again.
