🔑 During your stay, you will have exclusive access to Unit #2, the private second-story apartment. This space includes bedrooms, common areas, and a full kitchen, along with access to the shared backyard. The property features four total units, each with its own private entrance. If you have any questions or special requests during your stay, please let us know—we’re happy to make your time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Exterior security cameras on property
Kaitlyn was an extremely responsive host. We did have a few small problems like not having coffee mugs and trouble with the fire pit which she resolved immediately. By my own fault, I thought there were 3 bedrooms (I wasn’t reading the descriptions and only looking at the photos). Luckily there was a pull out mattress which accommodated us since there were 3 adults and 2 children. Over all we had a nice time, we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but due to the number of stairs it is not suitable for those with physical limitations. This property was just as shown and had modern kitchen and bath, but still had Victorian charm. The neighborhood was quiet with large homes on tree- lined streets<br/> If stairs are a problem, this may not be the place for you, but at 75 years old, we had no problem. Kaitlyn responded quickly to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, and the AC units recently added helped to keep things comfortable in August, on the top floor! Hot tub was an added bonus!
