The space
Welcome to the historic Crescent Estate! This former Bed and Breakfast has been transformed into a delightful haven for your travels with family, friends, and colleagues. Experience the charm of spacious rooms, electric fireplaces in most, and ensuite bathrooms in many rooms. Regardless of the season, you'll find plenty to enjoy—from friendly competition around the pool or foosball table and finding ample space to retreat at the end of an exciting day.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Kaitlyn was a great host and incredibly responsive. The rooms were a great size and the multiple bathrooms helped with the number of couples staying there. <br/>Location was walking distance to a lot of downtown, but be wary of the number of homeless people lingering around the house/block. <br/>Couple inconveniences- where the code to the front didn’t work. Making it inconvenient to walk around the block to get to the back. Thankfully, Kaitlyn figured it- so wasn’t like that the whole time. <br/>Also, the reservation uses “Renjoy” app. Which was easy and fine! But, had conflicting checkout times than Airbnb, so we didn’t know what was accurate. <br/>Overall would stay again, the pros definitely outweighed all hiccups. Wonderful experience. Old western feel on the first floor with renovated bedrooms to help us feel at home.
