Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Given the time of our visit, it was hot and the AC in the house was not sufficient to cool each of the three floors. The downstairs guests were freezing and the upstairs guests were roasting. The house lacks privacy, with two busy commercial buildings on either side and a sizeable homeless population that lives in a nearby park. The front porch was lovely to sit out on, but it too was in need of maintenance and lacked the view of the mountains that only the top upstairs balcony enjoyed. Many of the games in the house, including the cornhole set and pool table, were unusable and a huge disappointment to us. It was great being near the city and the young folks in our group appreciated being able to eat out whenever they wanted! Despite their inability to address the AC issue, the management team was very responsive to our calls.
