Welcome to Crescent Mansion, where you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire 1st and 2nd floors, including six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a private balcony—all accessible through your own private entrance from the front or back of the house.
This beautifully restored historic Bed and Breakfast has been transformed into a modern retreat, perfect for families, friends, or coworkers. Whether you're gathering in the spacious living room, or enjoying a friendly game on the putting green, Crescent Mansion has something for everyone.

Guest access
🔑 During your stay, you will have access to Crescent Mansion with a private entry at the front of the house, or a shared entry from the back of the house for a wonderful stay! The laundry room and the backyard hot tub are shared with the other unit on the property.
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏠 Property Layout: This unit comprises the entire 1st and 2nd floors, complete with the kitchen, living room, en-suite balcony, 6 bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms—all of which can be accessed by a private entrance from the front or back of the house! The 3rd floor is rented out separately with its own private entry from the shared laundry room at the back of the house.
