🔑 During your stay, you will have access to Crescent Mansion with a private entry at the front of the house, or a shared entry from the back of the house for a wonderful stay! The laundry room and the backyard, including the hot tub, are shared with the other unit on the property.
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

The house was great and our family had a wonderful time at Crescent Mansion. We did not use the hot tub but did enjoy the backyard amenities. K

Great location easy check in however the hot tub was not hot and the television and internet did not work. We contacted the numerous telephone numbers we had for the owners or operators.We were informed they were working on the issue and get right back to us. They never did. I had to constantly contact them and the issue was NEVER resolved while we were there. The penthouse was also rented and those renters told us the problem existed when they checked in and they had been attempting to get it fixed two days before we arrived. The home is very clean , great space , fresh linens , pretty decor and plenty of natural light , easy access to restaurants, etc. However, BEWARE . If you are looking for a private backyard & hot tub . You might be sharing it with others !!!! The description states “Entire House”. So unless you dig through all of the descriptions you might not realize that the unit above can also be rented at the same time and you might be in the small backyard with strangers. I asked Kaitlyn directly prior to staying about this and she assured me that I had rented the whole home inside and outside and would not be sharing any spaces during our stay . This was not true. A family of 6 arrived at the same time as us. They too were shocked to see us!! Kaitlyn reached out to us and offered late check out for the mis communication which we appreciated. The home itself was great , but if you want complete privacy you might re consider to a true “ Entire home,” rather than a shared space home. Perfect for large families like ours (14)! Spacious, cozy home offered entertainment for everyone: games, hot tub, putting green, and pool tournaments. The well-equipped kitchen made our niece's graduation dinner seamless. We appreciated the convenience of every bedroom having its own bathroom, plus the treat of a private balcony. Excellent downtown location allowed easy access, & the kids loved the city scooters. Our host was communicative & went above and beyond w/early check-in & late checkout. Traveling with our baby was so much easier thanks to the provided highchair, portable crib, and stroller. Minor drawbacks: parking alley directions could be clearer, and the Wi-Fi required personal info (a privacy concern for our kids). The park across the street had a visible homeless presence which might be a concern for families with children. Despite these minor points, we recommend this property for big groups, families with children, due to the fantastic amenities & outstanding host!
