The laundry room and the backyard hot tub are shared with the other unit on the property. 🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! - 2026-08-30T17:13:08Z · 5/5: If this 6 bedroom 5.5 bath fits what you need, go ahead and book it. This is an older home with a lot of neat ‘old’ charm and everything worked. What you see is what you get. More than enough space. There were plenty of towels, wash cloths, dishes, silverware, pots and pans to cook. The place is in a great location, a block and a half from restaurants and bars of downtown. Grocery stores are a short 10-15 mins away. As with most downtown locations, there are some homeless people walking around but we did not feel unsafe when we ventured out. We saw local residence out and about too. There is plenty of room to parking behind the house. You can park in front at the meter from 8pm - 8am Kaitlyn and team checked in on us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was ok.

I came back to Pagosa and have shared with multiple people where we stayed…and a couple already said that they would be looking to reserve it over the next six months. We have zero complaints…zero suggestions. Thank you so much Kaitlyn!!
- 2026-08-05T22:37:21Z · 5/5: Our stay at the Crescent Mansion was perfect for our family of 12! Lots of space, private bathrooms, large table we could all sit together. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning to drink coffee and watch the squirrels. Great location, very walkable to lots of shops and restaurants and a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, Flying W Ranch etc. There were a lot of scooters and e-bikes close by too which our young adult kids loved. We had a lot of fun just hanging out at the house, used the hot tub a couple times and did a ton of putting in the backyard. There is a separate penthouse on the top floor but we barely saw the other family and there was plenty of outdoor space for all of us. Also, Kaitlyn from Renjoy was super responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend Crescent Mansion for your next stay in Colorado Springs!
