☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. It was clean The house is simply old and tired. Kaitlyn was quick in responding to a couple of concerns i had Kaitlyn was a good and responsive host, and the location of the stay in Colorado Springs is convenient—close to stores and restaurants. However, the room didn’t quite match the photos and fell short of expectations. The kitchen lacked basic starter supplies, which made it difficult to manage even simple meals. Most concerning was the room temperature—both the thermostat and portable AC unit weren’t working, which made for an uncomfortable overnight stay. While the host was kind, the amenities and setup didn’t reflect the listing, and I hope future guests have a smoother experience. Good place, but needs some maintenance. I found Kaitlyn to be exceptionally responsive and very helpful when I needed something. It's very easy to check in and she was very kind throughout the experience.
