Perfect base for a large family (11 adults, 9 kids, and 2 dogs) to explore Colorado Springs for a week. Well equipped with plenty of room for our RVs and campers in the driveways (Note: max capacity of the Pickleball Palace is 16 humans and those under 2YO do not count).
