Cozy Retreats in West Colorado Springs - Where Comfort Awaits!

Overall, this was a great place for us. It met our needs for a family of 5. We had enough private space and the communal areas were sufficient. Parking on the road was not a major issue. The tree line was a bit in the way, but the owners did cut them a couple of days before we left to give us a less obstructive path to our rental. My only improvement would be to increase the starter pack for a party of 5. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. In the end, there are grocery stores close and were able to purchase some additional supplies on our own. This was not a deal breaker. I would like to also provide advice on entering. When I arrived, the lock would not engage. I called and I was told that you have to pull on the door knob while you are typing in your code. if you just type it in, it just spins. Unless that is fixed, that would be helpful advice upon entering. Regarding Kaitlyn, she was great. She and I were communicating prior to our visit and she was very responsive.
