⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Great location and easy to find as we were visiting for USAFA Parents' Weekend. Property overall was very clean - kitchen and bathroom had plenty of room and were very clean. Bedrooms were clean as well, and the beds were VERY comfortable. Would have liked more seating in the living room, and front porch could have been cleaned off (leaves and twigs all over porch and sitting area), but very nice property overall. There is another unit on-site underneath this unit, so the back yard is not as private as I thought and we did hear some noise most evenings, but nothing too upsetting overall . . . We would recommend the location and will probably rent it again. Thank you Kaitlyn for being so very responsive regarding our issue with the lock on move-in day - we appreciate you handling it so quickly for us. Thanks for a great stay!! This space was perfect for our little family! Kaitlyn was easy to communicate with and always got back to me in a timely manner. The house was adorable and provided everything we needed! J

Very beautiful very comfortable very reasonable only complain I have is the barbecue grill doesn't get very hot it took 2 hours to cook some brats but that's very minimal five Star All The Way
