That's why we're delighted to offer a pack-n-play and high chair for your convenience during your stay. 🔒 Security For your safety and peace of mind, a security camera has been installed at the front door. Guest access 🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the main level unit, including all bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this home has to offer. This is a multi-unit property with a separate basement unit. There are no shared interior spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance and dedicated areas. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
