📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Perfect location for where I needed to go. Basement apartment, decorated nicely, and was stocked with everything I needed. Comfy bed and tons of pillows and blankets. Large TV and full kitchen. Was very quiet. Bakery and other food places within walking distance. I would be happy to stay here again. You have to create an account with the host's app before booking and sign some contracts, and also to get check in instructions. I think that may be standard practice now. Heather

Comfy and cozy…right across the street from the Labor Day Liftoff hot air balloon festival so it was perfect for us!
