While friendly interactions with fellow travelers are encouraged, we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am, respecting everyone's need for tranquility.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🚪 Backyard Access: To access the backyard, you need to walk around the deck and enter the backyard of the upstairs unit, and then there’s a gate to your own private backyard.
🐾 Pets: If you’re bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee: $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
🔇 Consideration for Others: To ensure that all guests on the premises have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that you are considerate of others. Please be mindful of excessive noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, and respect the space and privacy of other guests. We want all guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay in this peaceful environment.
🔥 Fire Pit & Grill: If you plan on using the fire pit or grill, please refer to the posted instructions and local regulations due to the high risk of wildfires in Colorado. Before using the fire pit or grill, guests should check with the host or the city website to see if there are any restrictions or guidelines in place. For example, there may be a ban on outdoor fires and grill use during dry periods or high fire danger days. After use, it's crucial to fully extinguish the fire pit to prevent any embers or sparks from reigniting. Guests should pour water over the fire, stirring the embers and ashes to ensure everything is fully doused. It's also recommended to cover the fire pit with a fire pit cover or metal lid to prevent any accidental reignition.
🚭 Smoking: In accordance with Colorado law, smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor area near the fire pit. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking in any other outdoor areas, as well as inside the home, to help maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests. We strictly prohibit smoking anything, including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping, inside the home. Any violation of this policy will result in the loss of the security deposit. We had a great stay! The place was located in a nice area! We had our standard poodle with us who can get anxious but this place was perfect for her! They even have extra dog bowls, if you forget yours! The place was beautiful and clean! They were very good at communicating with us! We will come back in the future! Felt safe and enjoyed our stay! Perfect for our little family Va-Ca! Loved the speaker in the bathroom!!! Great location! Host was great with communication! This was a comfortable and quiet location for Travellers. Easy to get to and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby
