🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💲 Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

Such a unique stay! We booked a VERY last minute honeymoon to Colorado - Kaitlyn accommodated same day booking/check in. She responded immediately and was very friendly. The check in/check out instructions were clear and accessible. It is VERY cozy and we felt right at home. There is a mini fridge and microwave. We bought steaks to grill and enjoyed their outside patio during dinner. We loved our stay here and have shared it with almost anyone who asked 😂 Kaitlyn’s place was great! The caboose was where I stayed and I absolutely loved it! Very charming and just straight up cool! Had some deer visit the area at night which was pleasant. Close to some eateries and just a short drive to The Incline! I would definitely stay again for a unique solo getaway!
