BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home includes six private bedrooms and additional sleeping space, offering a range of options for different group sizes. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed, perfect as the primary suite. Four other bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, providing comfortable accommodations for couples or individuals. The sixth bedroom features a full-size bunk bed, ideal for children or teens. In the main living room, a pull-out sofa bed adds flexibility for extra guests.
BATHROOMS
The home includes three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Two of the full baths have shower-tub combos, while the third features a walk-in shower. All bathrooms include fresh towels, toiletries, and well-lit vanities.
OUTDOOR AREA
The backyard is designed for recreation and relaxation alike. Enjoy the private swimming pool or unwind in the hot tub under the evening sky. To finalize your reservation, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be provided after booking confirmation. This helps ensure a secure and seamless experience for both parties. On the morning of your arrival, you’ll receive a personalized digital guidebook that includes your unique check-in code—this will grant you access to the property at your scheduled check-in time.
For your convenience, a starter supply of essential items is provided. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, coffee pods, and fresh towels. Please note that this supply is intended to get you started and may not last the duration of longer stays.
If you plan to check out later than the designated time, please be aware that unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee of $20 for every 30 minutes past checkout. This ensures that our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the home for the next guests.
After booking, a damage waiver or security deposit will be collected. Optional services—such as early check-in, late check-out, or additional guest accommodations—may be available upon request for an added fee. These requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability, as they often require schedule adjustments or additional cleaning resources.
