📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Wonderful brand new home in Buena vista . The house is spacious , clean , well appointed .<br/>There is one very large communal/kitchen area but each room has the feel of an hotel where you can retreat to have some private time . Several coffee makers can be found throughout the house ( and they left plenty of coffee for us to enjoy) <br/>We came to Buena Vista for my daughter's wedding at the Surf Hotel , which is a stone away and were a large group people , but everyone was comfortable and felt at home.<br/>I highly recommend this home , weather you come to enjoy the rafting , river surfing or hiking , this home will not disappoint . The small problems we had were solved right away . Communication and responsiveness was great.<br/>Thank you for making this home become such a special part of my daughter's celebration . A

The house was so clean, spacious, and well designed! Couldn’t be in a better location for walking into town but also ample parking available. The beds were so comfy and showers had great water pressure even with multiple showers going at once! Grill and hot tub were great additions! C
