📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The listing was exactly as described, and the place was spotless. The downtown location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. All the promised amenities were provided, plus some thoughtful complimentary snacks. Kaitlyn, the host, was very attentive and ensured I had the best possible stay. Highly recommend! We appreciated a nice comfortable one night stay with our dog. The home is located across the street from a large school with a park which we also found convenient. The home is easy to find and close to many different food and travel options. We would certainly consider staying again in the future! Dominic
