🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, patio, detached studio, and a hot tub. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🐾 Pets: No pets allowed without prior written approval from the property manager.
👥 Occupancy Limits: Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed in your reservation.
🔇 Good Neighbor Policy: Respect the property and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

This home is beautifully decorated and cared for. The backyard makes for a very peaceful environment to hang out and relax in. The master bed is incredibly comfortable! I loved this place and would be happy to return! Enjoyed the indoors are well as the outdoors of the house. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool was very enjoyable on the hot afternoons. The entire house was very clean and cozy. We consider Our new “Home away from home”!
