📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Exterior security cameras on property
Nice place, and very responsive There was no cleaning supplies so I had to buy some! Dryer was broken, WiFi didn’t work, unit dirty, Awesome lil slice of heaven in the woods! We were in a F350 Super crew with 8’ bed pulling a 30’ enclosed trailer and there was plenty of space. We even backed it in a hole and disconnected it while we ran around. All around an awesome stay. We plan to come back in the future for more fishing. Kaitlyn responded quickly to every message. My family and I enjoyed every moment at Kaitlyn’s place , the views on our way there were breathtaking, very quiet and peaceful . We look forward to booking again soon , thanks for having us Kaitlyn !
