For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.
Guest access
🔑 You will have access to the entire townhouse! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time In addition, enjoy having access to the pool during your stay since we are right on the bay with no beach access.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

ÓTIMO APARTAMENTO PARA VISITAR ANNA MARIA ISLAND It was my birthday weekend and we were visiting family. There was no internet the entirety of our stay which also rendered the smart TVs useless (both listed as amenities). She expected us to take time from our vacation to sit around the house and wait for a service technician to come fix it. If they checked the property in advance it could have been fixed before hand. She actually blamed us for not finding time to sit around and wait for the tech to come.. as we were hours away in other cities each day.<br/>We were looking forward to grilling and saw the amazing grill in some photos.. we opened up the blinds to find it bloking the sliding glass door, broken, laying on the concrete, completely covered in rust. It had been there so long the concrete was rusted.<br/>The host was very responsive, but it sounded like AI generated. Very weird. I wish I could show pics and screen shots.<br/>It was comfortable and clean though. She did give us a partial refund because it took a lot of time away from us.. Andrea Viscarra

La ubicación es perfecta: a pocos minutos del mar, con una brisa fresca y un ambiente muy tranquilo. El alojamiento estaba limpio, cómodo y bien equipado, ideal para descansar y desconectarse.<br/> El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier consulta.<br/>Sin duda, un sitio al que me encantaría volver. Lo recomiendo al 100% para quienes buscan relajarse y disfrutar de la playa. Pierre
