⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Kaitlyn is the best host! The home is very, spacious, and welcoming. It is the perfect place to reside if you need a place in Colorado Springs! I wish I could have stayed longer! I would give 10 stars if allowed! We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and the host was very accommodating and responsive. It's a little farther away from where we needed to be, but I'd absolutely stay here again! Great four-month stay!!
My son and his best buddy rented the property while they attended Lineman School this spring. The property was beautiful and perfect. Was a great home away from home while they were in school. There were a couple maintenance issues but with some persistent communication those were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property and RenJoy! Thank you! Nice clean house! Great value.
