⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and the host was very accommodating and responsive. It's a little farther away from where we needed to be, but I'd absolutely stay here again! Great four-month stay!!
My son and his best buddy rented the property while they attended Lineman School this spring. The property was beautiful and perfect. Was a great home away from home while they were in school. There were a couple maintenance issues but with some persistent communication those were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property and RenJoy! Thank you! Nice clean house! Great value. J
