⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

This place had everything we needed. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, towels, and washcloths were provided. Each room had plenty of space, the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were kind. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishware and even pots, pans, and spices for cooking. It was easy to reach out with any questions we had and our stay was overall very relaxing and hassle-free. We are a group of families and friends traveling to the area to attend USAFA parents' weekend. The house is about 20 minutes away from the academy with easy access to the main route 25. The layout of the house is very well planned. Christopher

What a great stay! House was way too big for us, with just me and my wife. We didn’t even use 2 of the 4 bedrooms, but it was cheaper than hotels.<br/>Kitchen was really well stocked, and the house was immaculate. We even found some welcome bottles of water in the fridge, and useful spices and kitchen ingredients (stocked spice rack, bag of ice in the freezer, soy sauce, etc.). <br/>Great experience overall, cool house, nice neighborhood, and really comfortable bedding. If you’re on the fence, do rent this house. You won’t be disappointed.<br/>BTW, your gateway to all of this is Kaitlyn, who represents the rental company. Super nice, answers questions anytime around the clock, and is always there to help. Highly recommended! A++ experience!
