Welcome to the serene Oak Hills Clubhouse, a spacious home designed for relaxation and connection. While you’ll enjoy private access to the main levels of the house, please note that the basement unit is rented separately, with its own private entrance.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Exterior security cameras on property
It is a beautiful space and location. We had a great stay. <br/>There were a few areas of improvement. We notified the management team that the house has a broken rail on the deck - we could not find a mutually beneficial time for them to fix it - hopefully it is completed now. Someone could easily fall over. We needed access to a broom or vacuum to clean the floors, to which, they instacarted a small RV broom/dustpan. They might need something more substantial for guests to clean. We also brought our own saute pan as the ones there were rather worn out. The house could also use a few more spoons - just an fyi. <br/>We did not read the fine print and thought we had the whole house. There is a separate rented unit in the basement. It worked out fine, but we were surprised. <br/>The master shower and guest full bathroom are large and unique. Overall, a solid 4.5 out of 5 on the property. Steffanie

Everything was great with our stay. The house is amazing, and the host was very responsive and proactive. The location was amazing for access to North Gate of USAFA. Thanks for helping our family have a great stay. Highly recommend! My 5 friends and I had an absolutely amazing stay. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, entertainment amenities and swift responsiveness from our host Kaitlyn were all wonderful. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.
