The space
This beautifully designed multi-level Broadmoor home blends stylish comfort with thoughtfully curated interiors, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and connection. Warm décor, inviting furnishings, and modern touches set the tone. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit, every space is crafted to make your stay memorable. Please note: because the home is multi-level, there are several sets of stairs throughout.

The main living room is a bright, comfortable gathering space with plush seating arranged for conversation or TV time. A beautiful wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy centerpiece, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests are welcome to use the fireplace but will need to bring their own firewood. Large windows invite in soft natural light, while tasteful décor adds warmth and charm. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, so you can stay connected whether you’re cooking, chatting, or enjoying a movie.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: Your unique entry code and check-in instructions will be added to your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to make your stay more comfortable.

Such a cozy and unique home. Everything was very clean. We would love to stay again. We absolutely loved our stay! This place is so beautiful and nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This home was fully stocked on essentials which was super convenient and made us feel like we were right at home. It’s also spacious and decorated nicely which ties in the overall aesthetic of the home. Kaitlyn is such an amazing host as she checked on us several times throughout our stay. She even provided a few snacks which we thought was nice as well. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hot tub and fire pit adds a nice touch to the outside patio area, and we also loved the mountain view on the top balcony. The home is conveniently located by plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. We could truly go on and on about this home. We recommend anyone visiting Colorado Springs to book here! You will not be disappointed! Beautiful. Clean. Relaxing. Cozy. You name it! We hope to rebook this home in the future as we plan another trip to Colorado Springs! Christopher

Really nice house, very responsive, highly recommend! Tucked in a nice neighborhood. Close to many amenities. Fantastic outdoor spaces! <br/>Felt very comfortable. Would recommend!
