The space
Designed for both fun and relaxation, this full-duplex retreat blends vibrant interiors, mountain views, and backyard access. With two inviting living areas, spacious kitchens, and a game room packed with entertainment, it’s perfect for families and groups to spread out and connect.
🛋️ LIVING ROOMS
Each unit includes a cozy living room designed for connection and relaxation. Comfortable sofas and chairs invite everyone to settle in for movie nights on the Smart TVs, while colorful accent walls add warmth and character. Large windows brighten the space with natural light, and sliding glass doors open directly to the patios, blending indoor comfort with outdoor gatherings. Kid tables are also available, giving little ones their own space to eat, play, or color while adults relax nearby.

Yes! When booking the Champion Estate, you are reserving both sides of the duplex, meaning the game room is entirely private for your group’s exclusive use.
What games are in the game room?
The room is packed with entertainment! You’ll have exclusive access to arcade machines like Street Fighter, Pac-Man, and Fast & Furious racing, plus foosball, air hockey, skee-ball, a basketball hoop, and a giant Connect 4.
How many fire pits and grills do we get?
Since you are booking the entire duplex property, your group has exclusive use of the full backyard, which includes two fire pits and two BBQ grills. It’s the perfect setup for large cookouts and evening s'mores!
Do you provide baby gear for large groups?
Yes! We want to make traveling with little ones as easy as possible. You will have access to two Pack ‘n Plays and two high chairs (one set per side of the house).
How many cars can we bring?
The driveway comfortably accommodates up to 6 vehicles. We ask that you utilize the driveway space first before using the additional free street parking nearby.
Guest access
🏡 Property Access: You’ll have private access to the entire property, including both Champion Court and Champion Hall. This includes all bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the game room, laundry, backyard, and two fire pits. With both sides of the duplex included in your booking, the entire property is yours to relax and enjoy.

Amenities
This is my personal and honest experience. The booking process and communication with Kaitlyn before my arrival were great. After checking in, the house appeared clean; however, when one of my family members went upstairs to settle in their room, they saw a mouse jump off the bed, and the sheets had mouse droppings. I immediately messaged Kaitlyn about this unpleasant surprise. Kaitlyn responded promptly and said she would send pest control. I asked if she could have housekeeping clean and change out the sheets. She responded that someone would come out, but no one did, so we had to wash and disinfect everything ourselves the first night. The following day, we noticed a water leak on the kitchen backsplash and in one of the bathroom. I messaged her again, but it took 2 days to get someone out there and fix the problem. On our 3rd and 4th nights, we saw 2 other mice; at this point, customer service was involved. We had a large group, so we could not just get up and leave unexpectedly. This was the perfect place for some work employees to stay while out of town for a few weeks on a trip. It was perfectly located to where we needed to be. The house was a great retreat after working hours to hang out, relax, and get some down time. Kaitlyn was a fantastic communicator, and incredibly welcoming and helpful.
