The house was great! We had a great time and the location was perfect for our conference at the Broadmoor. Saying the home is unique is an understatement. It’s an older home, meaning it isn’t an open footprint like modern homes so if that’s what you’re looking for, be sure to pass. If you’re looking for an experience, this is the one for you! Our entire team thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

I rented this property as a local business owner hosting staff for a conference. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The cottage had no water for nearly two days, the back door didn’t work, and when it was finally usable, sheets were dirty and no clean linens were provided. The host later claimed the cottage wasn’t part of my reservation, despite written confirmation. We also experienced a major kitchen water leak in the main house and had to relocate late at night. While Airbnb ultimately arranged a 30% refund for affected nights and a full refund for unused nights, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and professionalism made this stay very stressful. Would not recommend until issues are addressed.

The house was outstanding. Great layout and the tree in the kitchen is gorgeous. Location was perfect and sooooo close the Broadmoor, which was exactly what I needed. Communication with Renjoy was great and response times were lightning fast. Highly recommended.
