This home was perfect for our large family get away! Had plenty of space for everyone and had everything we needed to be comfortable for a long weekend away. Highly recommend for a large group!

Completely Horrible The biggest disappointment of the trip. This property is within the Broadmoor area, so just from that you think it would be nice. This was honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The house and cottage were both filthy. The shower downstairs did not have a shower head. The cottage carpet was torn up and the entire place smelled so horrible. For this price, and area, I was completely taken back by what we walked into. We booked for 2 days only and only stayed out of convenience of the booking. I would never recommend this place to one person.When I put my review out there, they offered (insultingly) to give me a 500 credit if I would change my review to a 5 star. I rejected the money because I would not want anyone else to fall into the trap of this place.

The home was beautiful!! There was a bear that enjoyed trying to get into the garbage. They could improve on lighting in the front of the house.

This house was very unique. My kids and nephews loved it. There's plenty of space for everyone to sleep and spread out in a large party. It's unlike any place I've stayed before. There's a creek that runs along the back of the property which the kids loved exploring. There's 3 full bathrooms in the main house and one full bathroom in the casita / guest house which was great for 5 kids and 4 adults. Keep in mind that this property is nearly 100 years old. It has been updated but it is still almost 100 year old property. It's been updated throughout the years. The kitchen is the most modernized space. It was fun to explore. Every hallway and door you open leads you somewhere else. The Casita is a nice amenity but it's a different kind of layout. Nice to have another kitchen and living room area for the kids to hang out. Overall I think my kids will remember their stay here forever. Not sure it would be my first choice in the CO Springs area again but happy we chose to stay here.
