Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire main-level unit, including the first and second floors, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and the spacious upper deck. Enter through the private front entrance and enjoy the serene decor and open layout. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities this space has to offer. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Very well organized, had all we need. Amazing decor. Spacious for our kids to play around. Playground is right behind the house, it was very convenient for our kids to go. Had some toys, coloring stuff, puzzles (of all sizes) - very helpful to keep kids busy. Amazing host, she was responsive all the time. Deborah

From reserving to checkout everything was outstanding. Super responsive host and offered us early & late check in options due to our flight schedule. Beautiful house which felt very homey & comfortable. Lots of nice extra special touches including mints on the pillows! Have to say nothing nicer than spending evenings on the back deck watching the sunset over Pike’s Peak as well as our morning coffee. Most excellent stay! We rented the Airbnb for 3 weeks. The house was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay. The hostess was very responsive when I had questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. L
