⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We had a wonderful first stay at the tiny home! It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants and outdoor activities. Management was kind, responsive, and very welcoming. We look forward to coming back and trying the other tiny houses. Thank you! T

The cabin was very cute. The only thing I would say is it was not pleasant having to crawl around on knees up in lofts It was very hard to tell how tall ceilings were. But over all it was a good stay. Cute, Eclectic and Comfortable, check-ins are difficult, hidden security deposit
