When we arrived to this place nothing was clean the dishes were dirty the dishwasher is broken with nasty smelly water sitting in it, the toilet had hair on it and poop was smeared one the wall in the bathroom and the window in the back yard is broken with cardboard put in it and the broken glass was just left there. I reached out to the host but non of these problems where getting fixed and I had a complaint about the upstairs neighbor that was up all night for the 2 nights we were there and their pitbull dog barked constantly. I was able to get a refund ($365) for the rest of the week I had booked for. But that does not cover the what we should have been refunded. We should have been refunded at least $600. We were booked for 6 nights and we stayed 2 and they charged us for the cleaning fee but the place was not cleaned when we arrived. To top it off the listing is not as described. When we arrived it was a basement flat.

The unit was in a good location, however not described as a basement. The lock for door code didn’t work. I’m tech savvy and found a way to open it on my phone, however no instructions for getting to the app. Thermostat was not in the unit and controlled the entire house (upperunittoo), so when Kaitlyn set it for 68° for us, the upstairs unit got cold first and then the AC would shut off at 9pm. We didn’t sleep well. Waking up to use keurig and that didn’t work and Kaitlyn didn’t do anything to help with that. We all had to buy coffee every morning which wasn’t in our expected costs for the trip. We chose this place because of the yard (isn’t fully enclosed) and we arrived with previous renters dog poop in the yard. The reactive dog in the first unit saw our dogs and broke the window to get to our dogs. We used the yard 3 times while we were there for 4 days. The bedroom windows being too small to safety code and no egress to get out in the case of a fire. Wouldn’t feel comfy or
