Guests have access to three parking spaces in the back of the house, ensuring easy and convenient entry to the studio. Located just minutes from hiking trails, scenic drives, and top attractions, this retreat is the perfect base for your Cascade, Colorado adventure.
❄️ AC Notice: The air conditioning unit is currently out of order and scheduled for repair. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to have it fixed as soon as possible.

A washer and dryer are available and shared with another unit on the property—perfect for keeping clothes fresh after a day of exploring.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire Unit, including the bedroom, living area, the kitchenette, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

🚗 Great Location & Access: We are situated in a prime location just off the main highway, making it incredibly easy to get to the mountains and downtown! Please note that with this convenient setting, road noise may be audible at times.
