Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please note that there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the unit.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. The house was what we needed and close to everything we wants to do. Everyone appreciated the layout and decor, and the views and outdoor space were appreciated. Check-in was easy, and Kaitlyn was responsive throughout our visit.The stairs were a bit creaky, which was a bit challenging with energetic children, but we'd be happy to stay here again on the next trip to Colorado springs.
