A very good location, nice place with all amenities, queen bed a bit soft, but overall decent value. Pros, the hosts were very responsive! Great communication and very helpful. Apartment is cute and wonderfully situated in Old Colorado City. Walkable with fun shopping. Very comfortable bed. There was a snafu with a missing iron but the host immediately had one delivered by courier. <br/>Con… only 1… parking is a nightmare. All of the paid parking is off limits for overnight which doesn’t make sense to me. While none of the signs indicate no paid overnight, the host and residents all warned I’d be towed. The listing indicates and I was given instructions, there would be street parking or a free parking lot a block down. I never found any free overnight parking lot. I was told I could park on a dark street a block away in front of a residence. Finally after driving around for an hour, I spoke with a restaurant owner who allowed me to use their lot overnight for my stay. I will say again, the hosts tried to assist over the phone but parking needs to be sorted out permanently. Spencer

Great place. Highly recommend Great stay and convenient location! Place was cozy and everything in town was in walking distance with beautiful mountain views!
