🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

If we come back, we’ll stay here again! The place was really great. Communication was quick, clear and friendly. Super clean, well-decorated. Great location with a lot to do within walking distance. Highly recommended. I’ll be back. Such a great location with many walkable restaurants and shops. The place itself was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. This stay has probably been one of the best stays ever! Every destination we entered into Maps was conveniently just 10–15 minutes away. Coming from a big city where everything is at least 20 minutes apart, this location was incredibly accommodating and made our travels so much easier.<br/>If I ever come back to Colorado Springs, this would definitely be my first choice!<br/>The only small downside was that it seemed like there might be another Airbnb upstairs. Since we were hiking early most mornings and doing a bit of sightseeing in the afternoons, we’d usually return around 4–5 p.m. hoping to take a short nap before heading back out. Unfortunately, it was a bit difficult to rest due to the noise and movement from above during that time.<br/>Aside from that, everything else was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
