⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Miner's Anvil in Old Colorado City is a perfect location for enjoying Colorado Ave and Manitou. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and historic sites. Garden of the Gods and downtown Colorado Springs were a short drive away.<br/>The apartment itself was cute and comfortable with many amenities for a short stay. There were a few small issues with spotty wifi, an inop fan in the bathroom, a stinky drain in the kitchen, and dirty area rugs which attracted a few tiny ants. We brought these issues up with Mishea as we were checking out. She immediately thanked us for telling her and told us they would be addressed so was very responsive to our concerns.<br/>Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend it to those who want to have easy access to the west side and all it offers.<br/>I should mention that although the apartment itself is accessible for wheelchairs, this particular unit was split level, so the kitchen and bathroom were a step up from living and bedroom. The apartment was very clean, and there were a lot of small, thoughtful details put into the layout and set up the rental. I would say it was just as described. <br/>We wanted to explore the shops and restaurants in old Colorado city everything was walkable and convenient. Proximity community Springs and Garden of the Gods is a huge plus. Couldn’t have been happier! Sonny
