📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Amenities
My family highly enjoyed our stay! Kaitlyn's place was lovely and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Kaitlyn was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, but that didnt stop us from enjoying our time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a mountain getaway. great location, the patio and hot tub is nice after being out all day. I would stay here again! Beautiful sights and beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay and this was a great area to be in! Chelsea

Lots of cute amenities. The pre-made waffle 🧇 mix and waffle iron were a bonus! I really enjoyed the scenic views of the mountains from the hot tub. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable.
