The Cascading Manor is a perfect hideaway in the Old North End of Colorado Springs. Surrounded by beautiful older homes, wonderful paths for walking, a park just a half a mile away... it's in an ideal spot to experience some of Colorado Springs' history. (And it's only 5 minutes from downtown with great restaurants, museums etc.) Kaitlyn is a wonderful host! She's responsive and kind - when we had an issue with the Keurig (it decided to stop working) she was on it - and made sure there was a new one that afternoon so we could have our coffee the next day. I highly recommend this house for large parties (big enough to all hang out and have your own space, too).

Kaitlyn is an amazing hostess who consistently communicates and is always available. She checks in to make sure that everything goes smoothly and is responsive when there are any issues. (The toilet on the main floor of this house had a little issue and she was incredibly responsive with maintenance to get it fixed!) <br/>The house is gorgeous and comfy - plenty of space if you have a lot of people in your group (which we did). I would highly recommend booking with Kaitlyn and her team at any of her properties. You will be guaranteed a beautiful home with an equally wonderful hostess!
