The space This private basement suite of 420 sq. ft. has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, giving you a quiet retreat while staying close to all the excitement of Colorado Springs. Whether you’re here for work, a weekend getaway, or to explore the mountains, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. 🛋️ Living Area The living space offers a cozy spot to unwind with comfortable seating and a Roku Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or strolling through downtown. 🍽️ Kitchenette & Dining Prepare simple meals or morning coffee in the kitchenette equipped with a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival.
