The space
Parkside Estate combines a spacious house and a private cottage into one seamless retreat—ideal for large families or groups looking for comfort, space, and connection. With seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, and two private hot tubs, this peaceful Monument getaway is built for memorable group experiences.

The main house offers a bright and cozy living room with plush seating, a Smart TV, and a fireplace—perfect for slow mornings or winding down at night. The basement lounge adds another Smart TV, a foosball table, and a sleeper sofa for movie nights or game time. In the cottage, the relaxed living space features its own sleeper sofa and Smart TV, ideal for quiet evenings or a quick afternoon break.

Enjoy two fully stocked kitchens, one in each unit—each equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. Complimentary coffee pods and a curated spice rack are provided to make mornings easy and group dinners stress-free. With five bathrooms across the estate, your group will have plenty of space to refresh and recharge. In the main house, you’ll find one full bathroom with a shower and tub, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath on the main level. In the cottage, there is one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each is stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries.

Laundry facilities are located in the main house and include a washer, dryer, and detergent for guest use.
🌿 Outdoor Spaces
Unwind in either of the estate’s two private hot tubs, each tucked behind its respective unit for peaceful, private relaxation. The main house also features a spacious deck with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying coffee, conversation, or stargazing beneath the trees.

There is room for up to four vehicles in the private driveway, shared between the house and cottage. No street or garage parking is needed—just pull in and settle in.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to both the main house and guest cottage, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance, and both hot tubs are reserved exclusively for your group. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the estate has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Amenities
I was with a group of 15 from Canada that were down in Colorado for the weekend, and we had a great time at this place. The house was spacious enough for all of us, the hot tubs were a huge hit, and the separated cottage provided extra flexibility for where people were sleeping, to make it comfortable for everyone. The town that the house was in was absolutely beautiful, and was close enough to Denver and Castle Rock that we didn’t feel too secluded from everything we were there to do. <br/>Lastly, Kaitlyn was extremely responsive to any questions or small issues that we had, which made our check-in and check-out seamless. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who’s in the area, and if we are ever back in Denver, we will definitely be looking at this location again! Parkside Estate was the absolute perfect location for our wedding weekend! It was large enough to host some of our bridal party while still allowing a private space for the groom and I. It was such a peaceful property with a great amenities- two hot tubs! And close to our venue location and very close distance to great restaurants and bars. It was such a relaxing place to stay during a very busy weekend. Kaitlyn was incredibly proactive and responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and ensuring our special weekend went off without a hitch! It was an amazing place for my huge family with a great view. Kaitlyn was great responded quickly and was very helpful I will be coming back to stay here
