🔑 During your stay at Vibrant Watermelon, you will have complete access to the entire guesthouse and all its amenities. This includes the cozy bedrooms, inviting living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and your private fenced backyard with a hot tub and gas grill. The property is shared with the main house, but you’ll enjoy your own private entrance, dedicated parking spaces, and exclusive use of the backyard and hot tub. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible—don’t hesitate to reach out with any special requests or questions!
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees:A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. This house was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed! The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was located closely to Old Colorado City which had a bunch of shops and restaurants and was just down the street from Garden of the Gods. The only downside was that we were there on the hottest day of the year and there were AC units in the bedrooms but not the main living area and it got very hot. J

Guest house was nice, very clean and updated. Unfortunately had some trouble with the locks getting in and the window AC unit did not work in one of the bedrooms. No AC in the main living area, couldn't get it below 78 until middle of the night.
