Welcome to The Avenue 🏰, a historic wonder in Manitou Springs, Colorado, built in 1886. This exclusive Victorian Mansion offers a unique luxury stay in Colorado, nestled between the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak 🏞️. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

We had a great stay. Cool, old, beautiful place with more than plenty of room to spread out. Very clean with comfy beds. Easy parking in the back. Perfect location for exploring Manitou Springs on foot. Lots of stairs (inside and outside) - I stayed on the 3rd floor and got some serious exercise. Warning to the tall people - watch your head on the stairs, through doorways, and around the front parlor chandelier - people were a bit shorter in the late 1800s when they built the place. When we arrived, there was a bit of chaos regarding a burst water line in one of the bathrooms - maintenance arrived within a couple of hours and resolved the issue quickly - good communication with the host. Overall, a fine experience. E

Wonderful house
Close to town but you couldn't hear the traffic or people. Lovely victorian that has 8 bedrooms most with a private bath, plus a large TV room that could be used for another bedroom and a carriage house that has a bedroom and pull out couch. Plenty of room for everyone and a nice hot tub in the back of the property. Could use a few more kitchen items but was able to cook meals. Good place close to everything will come back again
