Find yourself in a seamlessly luxurious and functional space meticulously designed to cater to your every need. Please note that this is a multi-unit property. Your reservation includes the main level unit only. The basement unit is separate with its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces.

Guest access
🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the main level unit, including all bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this home has to offer. This is a multi-unit property with a separate basement unit. There are no shared interior spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance and dedicated areas. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
