🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Awful, the reviews are true this home should’ve never been available for booking in the first place. Very disappointing experience. The property is actually located in a basement with a strong weed smell throughout. It was hard to find the address, and the backyard was dirty and unsafe for kids. The window was broken, the AC didn’t work, and the induction stove failed multiple times during dinner prep (tripping the power three times). We ended up leaving after one night instead of staying for three.<br/>The host seems to be using Airbnb policies to their advantage, making it difficult for guests to get fair resolutions. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had on Airbnb, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Sarah

Kaitlyn was a great host but this rental was not. It’s described as a rental unit but never said you will be in the basement and someone else can rent out above you. I maybe should have noticed from the photo but I didn’t look that closely. I wouldn’t have booked in the first place had I known that. Then there was dirt. Piles of dirt on the bathroom floor. Both master bedroom nightstands covered in dirt and dust we had to clean off. The shower had hair on the walls plus and old used razor by the shampoos, I know it was used because there was hair in it. The comforter, we all know comforters are gross, but had stains on the downside. At this point it was difficult to fall asleep with it not being clean, but then there is the EXTREMELY noisy air conditioner. We had to turn it off just to be able to sleep. Last there is a musty smell, probably from being in a basement. Maria
