AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After staying here and another property (19453 Lindenmere Dr, Monument, CO) owned by the company this host represents (renjoy) I can strongly recommend that no one stay at any place owned by renjoy. The host was rude, always gave a legally safe answer, and had no problem reminding me that I'm wrong and they're right. I ran into a number of problems at both locations. I was able to deal with the ones at Lindenmere myself, but the issues and response I received at this unit were downright evil. Every time I asked the host to increase the heat they did so, but would turn it back down after a few hours; I was able to monitor this on the thermometer on my clock. It would often be so cold in the unit that I would have trouble sleeping. This along with low humidity aided in my developing a sore throat that lasted in some capacity for the remainder of the stay. Thankfully I was able to prove this to air bnb and they sided with me forcing the host to give a partial refund. Santana

Place was in a great location. Beautiful place being from Southern Cali. I don’t experience these temps or snow. Elk just cohabitating or passing by within 15 feet was a spectacular experience. Great memories. Booked an Airbnb for some peace and quiet. What I got instead was 10 strangers busting into my space like it was a public park. They surrounded me, insisting they rented the whole house—except no one spoke English, so it turned into the weirdest, most awkward standoff of my life. Picture me with my phone in one hand, my reservation in the other, and a group of strangers yelling in a language I don’t understand. I called the property manager expecting backup, but their response was basically, “Not my problem.” So there I was, outnumbered, out of patience, and left with no choice but to pack my things and leave. Airbnb promised to refund me and help with a new place, but now they’re backpedaling, saying, “Actually… maybe no refund.” So now I’m out the money, my time, and my sanity. Big thanks to Airbnb for turning a peaceful getaway into a multilingual house invasion. Can’t wait to book my next trauma stay! Thanks for nothing Renjoy management team! This was my first time trying out airbnb, it was easy to communicate with Kaitlyn. The space was beautiful it was absolutely more than we expected and was 100% kids friendly.
