🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the lower level unit to include the washer and dryer available for use during your stay, the kitchenette, and all we have available in the unit. This whole unit is yours which we rent out separately from the upstairs/main part of the house with it's own private entrance!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Amenities
DO NOT BOOK if the above unit is also booked. The ceiling is paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! We also couldn’t drown out the noise by watching TV because the Roku remote was dead with no batteries anywhere. On top of that, a nasty hair ball and strands of hair were all over the shower. The entire experience was horrible. I do not recommend. The best time and the views around the place are amazing! Would definitely return back and was super cozy! C

Nice but noisy
Two different groups above us during our stay. Party, banging on the floor like a drum second batch of utility workers loud, laughing, and spunded like a heard of cattle. had to bang on the door to ask for quiet after 10 as we were getting up early to checkout. . drum past 11 pm. Second group ofut
