Spacious but dated and not clean
The communication response to each issue was very prompt. The layout and space was generous. However, there were a lot of issues such as the delay of entry to the property. It took 4 code changes before we could get in. There was garbage and food left from the last guests inside and also the outside containers were full. One bedroom has dirty sheets. The dishwasher had a terrible smell. The hall sliding closet doors were hanging off the hinges. The carpet shared to not have been vacuumed in several rooms. One rooms flooring was very shaky when walking in. One recliner in the family room was broken. The reclining couch didn't work either. There was also no way to access the ONE TV at the house. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. K

The process was easy and great. House was great and big enough for our entire family to stay together. The view outside the front door was unbelievable. Thanks so much. Good host, very accommodating and prompt. Great location close to everything. Amenities were good, looked like a safer neighborhood. Would suggest to have some provisions for drinking water since the fridge didn’t dispense any water and it wasn’t instructed or provided at the home. We were not prepared for lack of drinking water and had to scramble after finding out. Kaitlyn and twam dod a wonderful job. My family had a nice time and this home met all our expectations. Thank you
