Amenities
It was a great stay, the yard was amazing for our kiddo to run around in. Very relaxing with great views and quick response from host when needed. Be prepared to have people below you that do not respect night hours. It is a cute place really but the smell of smoke/weed from the people downstairs and the Sunday night party until past midnight was frustrating. Lastly if you sleep in the room with no closet be prepared to listen to the person downstairs snoring ALL night long. Clearly super thin walls/floors.
I do like the place and it meet my needs but I will not be returning the next half dozen times I need to be in CO Springs this year due to the above listed reasons. We stayed for about 10 days and really enjoyed the location and the absolutely beautiful view. The hot tub, fire pit, and in-unit laundry were highlights and made our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the easy parking and quick communication from the management team.
There were a few things to note for future guests: The couch was quite dirty and could use a deep clean or replacement. There was a rusty screw sticking out of the back door threshold, so we had to stay very alert with our toddler going in and out. Corn hole boards weren’t usable, and we could hear and smell a lot from the downstairs unit — which we expected but is worth mentioning.
We also had to pay $60 for early check-in so our little one could nap, which felt steep and not super family-friendly.
That said, the setting is lovely, and if you're planning to drive to activities (not much in walking distance), it's a solid base for exploring the area. Great views, the hot tub was definitely a plus
