🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏠 Separate Cottage: This is a separate cottage from the main house, with its own completely fenced-in area. The hot tub area is communal and shared with other guests on the property.
❄️ Winter AC Notice: During the winter months, we remove the window AC unit as Colorado temperatures can drop below the 30s.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

Amazing!!! The stay was perfect! I came to Colorado Springs for a week to do my clinicals for nursing school. & this cute cozy place was perfect for just me! Everything was clean & comfortable! They really set the ambience upon walking in with music & dim lighting! It was just perfect! Highly recommend! C

Property was perfect for our needs. Located near lots of great restaurants, parks, trails, and sights to take in. The stay was disappointing. The alleyway felt unsafe with potholes and homeless people nearby, and traffic noise was constant. The place was smaller than expected and not very comfortable — the couch smelled like pet urine, the towel rack fell off, the sink cabinet was falling apart, and the closet door wasn’t secured properly. We couldn’t open the windows since there were no screens, and it got hot during the day with only a small window A/C in the bedroom. The toilet ran constantly and sometimes didn’t flush, and one outlet didn’t work, so we had to charge our phones on the floor. The hot tub was nice and clean, but shared with other guests, so we had to wait over an hour. Overall, not very homey and needs several repairs before I’d recommend staying here.
