🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $20 per half hour late.

These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

I visited on a solo trip and it was perfect from the fun/beautiful look of the place. It felt very calm and safe being there and it was close to town and all of the nice outdoorsy things. I also appreciated the host being so proactive and giving great suggestions.
I definitely recommend and would stay again! Beautifully renovated train caboose in a very convenient area of Colorado Springs for visitors. Very close to Old Colorado City and Manatou Springs as well as Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We really enjoyed our dtay. Very quiet at night and incredibly clean upon arrival. We would love to stay again! We had a great time staying here! The caboose is darling and really beautifully done. Old Colorado City was a quick drive for coffee and restaurants. Note for dog owners that the steps to the caboose are metal grating. If your dog is scared of unusual surfaces like mine, you might need to carry them.
