Guest access
🔑 Keyless Entry: Check-in with ease using a unique code sent on the morning of your arrival.
🔑 Full Property Access: Guests have access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, the patio, and the gas grill.
🚗 Parking: Space for 2–3 cars in the back driveway via the alley, with additional street parking available. The garage is usable but has no remote access.
☕ Starter Supplies: Includes essentials like coffee pods, paper towels, toiletries, and laundry detergent for your convenience.t.
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🚫 No Pets: This is a pet-free property due to allergies.
📬 Mail Access: USPS mail delivery is not available during your stay.
🚗 Garage Access: The garage is usable but does not include a remote; parking is available in the back driveway or on the street.
